Terms of Service for Player11 : Effective Date: April 02, 2024

Eligibility:

To join the platform, users must be at least 18 years old or attain a legal majority in their jurisdiction. Contest participation is not authorized for Player11's directors, employees, or close family members.

Contest Participation:

Users get the choice to enter competitions by forming teams within the allotted budget and following the guidelines that are meant for that competition. However, depending on the type of contest, there might be an entry fee that must be paid to participate.

Team Creation:

Players must be chosen from the list of players available for a certain match for users to create their teams.

Every team must stick to the specified budget and meet the player selection criteria.

Any changes can be made by the user to their teams before the contest initiates.

Scoring:

Users will obtain points according to how capable players they have chosen to perform in the real match. Depending on the kind of contest chosen, a preset scoring system might apply.

Contest Results:

The total points that teams make during the match are used to decide the contest winners. Player11's results are final and legitimate.

Prizes:

Users acquire prizes according to how they are placed in the competition.

The rules outlined in each contest will apply in terms of the distribution of prizes.

Fair Play:

It is expected of users to enter competitions fairly and morally.

Deceitfulness will result in disqualification and potential legal action for any sort of fraudulent activity, including partnership and the use of numerous accounts.

Legal Compliance:

It is the sole responsibility of the users to make sure that their participation in contests complies with all relevant rules and regulations in their locality. Any user whose account is discovered to violate these terms and conditions might have Player11 suspend or terminate the account instantly.

Intellectual Property:

User-generated content, such as team names and logos, is still owned by the users. However, Player11 is granted a comprehensive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for promotional purposes.

Changes to Terms:

The above-mentioned terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without advance notification by Player11.

Users accept these terms and conditions when using Player11 to participate in contests. If they deny the terms and conditions, legal action and/or disqualification could follow.

By participating in contests on Player11, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and/or legal action.
